A A Best Company warranty on Carpet
A A Best Company guarantees its carpets to be free from manufacturing defects as well as defects in the materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, excluding normal wear and tear.
We take pride in the fact that we are able to match most original materials and colors for carpets and floor mats, but bear in mind that every vehicle may have several variations of the same color for each model year. Dye lots for carpet may vary + or -5%, this is common to industry standards and must be understood by the customer. It may be necessary for us or you to send a small samples (approximately 1 square inch) to assure the closest possible match.
Prior to beginning installation, please check your order to be sure that everything is correct (year, make, model, color, material, etc). If we sent you the wrong item, we will gladly accept it back and ship you the correct item, providing the incorrect item is returned in original condition. We cannot exchange incorrect items if installation has been started.
If you feel that there is a defect in the manufacturing of the carpet, please do not begin installation. If a defect is discovered during installation, please stop the installation. Do not attempt to alter, modify, or attempt to "make it work" in any way. Please contact A A Best Company during normal business hours, so that we may attempt to discover what the problem is. Please send an email to aabest@ptd.net with the subject line of "Warranty" and include in the body of the email the name the products were ordered under, the year, make and model of the vehicle, the approximate date of the order, and a brief description of the problem. Also, be sure to include some digital photos showing the defect. This will help us to determine what the problem is, with out you having to return the top before a decision can be made.
If a warranty issue is discovered, A A Best Company will provide you with a Returned Goods Request (RGR) number. You will be required to repackage any defective items and return them to us.
