A A Best Company Shipping Policy

 
We are glad to ship our products worldwide.
 
For domestic orders, we ship using UPS.  Most orders will require someone available to sign for it.  If no one is available, UPS will not drop it off.  If you prefer to have UPS deliver without a signature, please make a note of it when placing your order.  Also, bear in mind, that if anything were to happen to any package delivered without a signature after it is delivered, there is nothing we can do about it and A A Best will not be held liable.
 
For international orders, we do try to provide both UPS and USPS shipping options when available.  There are size restrictions on what USPS will deliver out of the country, so USPS shipping may not be available to all locations.  Please keep in mind that international shipping charges do not include any customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be associated with international shipping.  Those charges are handled by the delivery company at the time of delivery.  Please note: UPS tracking system tracks the item from the time of pickup and shows each stop along the way to it's destination. USPS tracking system tracks the initial pickup and the end delivery only. For more information, please contact the shipping company.
 
We will gladly offer an expedited shipping option to anyone who is interested.  However, since most of our products are made as they are ordered, expedited shipping options will only cut down transit time, and will not affect manufacturing times.  If you are interested in an expedited shipping method, please contact one of our customer service representatives.
 
Shipping for our items is calculated based on our originating zip code and the delivery zip code (or postal code), as well as the size and weight of the item(s) ordered.  Please bare in mind that while some items may not weigh much, they may be a large item requiring an oversize box. This can make some items expensive to ship.
 
If you would like any other shipping method, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Any other shipping methods will require you to make all arrangements.  We will try to accomodate you as best as possible, but if you do not contact us prior to placing your order, we may not be able to help.
