Standard Warranty Information

A A Best Company provides a manufacturers warranty on all of the products we sell. The length of the warranty will vary, depending on the product. If you have a question, concern or problem with your item, feel free to Contact Us. We will be glad to assist you any way that we can. Our customer service representatives may ask you to email us photos of your problem to better help us to determine what may be wrong. In the event that you are asked for photos, please send your email with the digital photos attached, along with your contact information; name the item was shipped to, the year, make and model of the vehicle, the date of order, and a brief description of the issue you are having. This will help us by keeping all of the information together, allowing us to expedite the processing of your request.

Please do not just send an item back, whether it be for return or defect. You must receive a Return Authorization number before returning any item. Any item that is returned without a Return Authorization will be refused. Once return authorization has been granted, follow the instructions given by the customer service representative, to ensure that you package makes its way back to the proper facility for inspection.
